the hotel room was very clean (i always appreciate that). we had a park view room, and the view was nice to wake up to. breakfast filled us up before we went to the zoo.
The room was very basic and reminded me of it lacked personality. some of the towels had holes, which i didn't like. i could hear people walking upstairs. The noise was considerable.

The room was modern and well equipped. The breakfast had a good selection of items. It included everything I would want.
The receptionist seemed annoyed that I arrived 20 minutes early to check in. Another staff member said my room was ready already. The food portion sizes at the Bistro are small. The staff did not appear to care about customers.

the Wild bistro offered an excellent breakfast selection. Check-in was efficient and check-out was simple. I found the room design well-suited for both couples and families.

The staff was helpful.
I had issues with the room temperature. The thermostat didn't seem to function properly. The dining options were a bit inconvenient, located in a separate building (this made it less appealing).
